Well, a tenner anyway! Just sold all my small Jack O Lanterns/Baby Bears (ten of them!) to the local shop! Snatched my hand off he did!
Has anyone else made a profit form selling a bit of surplus?

Nowadays I give my surplus to friends and neighbours but all my chillies, bell peppers and onions go to make my chilli sauces which I sell at local craft fayres. I have advance orders each year !!

I do list some saved beans on Ebay at just 1p -(plus p&p and fees at cost) I also make a goodly conribution to our local 'Seedy-Sunday' seed swap.

Must admit, Ive sold a few jars of Chutney and jam at boot sales when the store cupboard has been a bit overfull, but mostly just give it away.

I'm having trouble keeping up with orders for my eggs, this year I'm also selling spuds to my egg customers. Family get 'em for now't.

I think technically we're not allowed to sell anything from our allotments but there's nothing against bartering so we swapped a big box of surplus rhubarb for £10 on the slate at our local fruit & veg shop. A great way of swapping fruit we don't eat but grow for fruit we eat but don't grow!
