It could have been a Trombe D'Albenga, less of a curve but with a bell end. It's what I thought this was until I looked at the flippin label.

        BUMMOCKS!!!!

        That do ya!?

It is very comforting to know that a seasoned expert veg-grower can make the same daft c*ck-ups that the rest of us make!

          Thanks.

What's MOST annoying is that I HAD written the labels out, and I just couldn't get to them as the plants were so good - so I just made an assumption that turned out to be wrong.

No - I have those and they aren't the same.

Very similar, but nowhere near as feisty. These are dead straight - no increase in diameter and whiter and not bent at all.

You are all being so good - with any luck there may still be a bag of them in HSL tomorrow.

The pic at the bottom, of Alok - is the nearest....but at the top it shows it curvy.

If all else fails, I might try the Alok - thanks BB. x

                          Thanks everyone.

Didn't manage to get to the HSL offices today - catching up on stuff, and then had to go and see the guys at the community garden.

                          Will update when I can.

                          [Thanks BB...]
