  • Tiny bulbs attached to my Elephant garlic

I pulled out some of my spring planted garlic today (the top growth was yellow and withered) and was surprised to find several tiny bulbs attached by the roots to the main one. If i planted each of these would they develop into full size garlics eventually?

Plant them no later than November Leeds lad, then just wait for a few months.

Everything's worth a try, but I doubt they'll make very big bulbs, so if you don't expect anything, you'll not be disappointed!

They usually make a small round in their first year.

Will they eventually form cloves and repeat the cycle again in year 2 then?
