Splashed out for my birthday on a new grow light as will need some red light for flowering.

I now have the lights in a 4 tier blow-away. Along with the Red Alerts I have 4 Tamina and 5 Harbinger. Plus a few other plants.

I am growing Garden pearl, which seem a bit leggy at the moment, they are about 1inch or so tall, is that normal for them to be leggy?
Also i have sown sweet & neat Yellow and Sweet and neat red, which are coming along nicely and have there second set of leaves.
