You could say that Fairweather friend If I grew every type of tomato that I have seeds of, my list would probably be twice that of Chris's I have whittled them down a bit though, to the few that suit us best, and a few new ones to try this year.

These are the varieties I got from Amishland Seeds:

              Sabre Ukrainian Heirloom

              Amazon Chocolate

              Belarus Orange

              Annies African KY Mystery

              Howard German Red

They're all new to me except the Belarus Orange. Hoping to get another variety of plum-type on my permanent list, we love a good plum

                  Yep, I did

Apologies to everyone trying to restrain themselves, but this is where they came from: Amishland Heirloom Seed Home Yes, they're in the States, but I've bought seeds from this lady for a few years now and had no problems at all

I didn't have much luck with tomatoes last year. Not enough sun and trying to grow too many in the greenhouse. (One my fault one not!) I also decided I prefer cordon types as bush ones take up too much room. So I spent ages writing a list, Gardeners' Delight was definitely on it. Guess what! I now can't find my list. I may have to see what comes in the seed order!

                        (embarrassed - but I only bought 4 - and a chilli!)

Think I had 16 varieties - 18 plants - in the GH last year - must must must cut back!! I've sent some off to the virtual seed parcel but still have:

                        Black Cherry
                        Moruno
                        Red Cherry
                        Snow White
                        Brown Berry
                        Coyote
                        Golden Cherry F1
                        Sungold
                        Pomodoro Red Cherry
                        Gardeners Delight Irish
                        Sugardrop
                        Xiaoyangzao
                        Roma VF

                        Gardeners Delight
                        Garden Pearl

                        and have added

                        Matt's Wild Cherry Tomato seeds
                        PLATE DE HAITI TOMATO Seeds
                        Bali Tomato seeds
                        Hartmans Yellow Gooseberry Tomato seeds

oh and yes from the virtual seed parcel

                        Black Truffle
French Black (hope this is PW?)
                        Lime Green Salad

which I think makes 25? oops!

Counted varieties here but thankfully not 25, only 20 or so!

I've just been working out how I'll grow em all as it is, but have hit on a cunning plan - decided to move the family into the garden for Summer and then the tomatoes can have the sunnier rooms! Anyone got any ideas to convince the hubby?

Darn it! Now I've been drawn in by that tomato site.

                            Today from Amishland, I bought
                            Hahnstown Yellow
                            Kibits Ukrainian
                            Japanese Black Trifele
                            White Wax
                            and the peppers mix.

I don't have a lot of space in my porch to grow them, but I want to grow:

                              Green Zebra
                              Gemini
                              and Morning sun
