error in crop rotation article Dec 11 GYO mag?

sorry if this has been raised, i did search for it, but if anyone has the magazine, on page 43 it has a boxed text on crop rotation, in which the headings seem to be out of order compared to the text in the paragraphs. Am i going mad? If not, what should the sequence be??
