        Nicola is my favourite, and the only spud I stick to each year. Lovely flavour, keeps well, and crops well too.

            I'm trying Bintje - was somewhat stuck because I hadn't heard of any of the varieties in my local stores in Brittany! Subsequently found out they have low resistance to blight though, which could be a mega problem here - fingers crossed they come up early enough to avoid it...
