AS you know, it was a leaf day today, but it was too bloomin' wet and cold to go outside for the pots and compost. Have brought the compost indoors to warm up for a little light sowing tomorrow. Some cabbage, more salad leaves like oriental mustard and who knows what else will leap out of the seed box and confront me! When they call, I cannot ignore them!!
Sometimes its very hard to sit on your hands ..............mine are getting too itchy to sit on
It is indeed Bins, but if I keep sowing I could supply everyone on this forum, so I find other jobs to do. That reminds me the marmalade calls tomorrow too

Very glad to have gone yesterday, even that was cold enough once we stopped dancing - the musicians were frozen as it was. It must have been grim today. Glad to meet you, too. See you in Carmarthen on the 11th. Maybe time for a bit more of a chat.
More time on the 11th would be good! I've been looking out my saved seed swaps today in readiness!
Preparation is the key! Fill your modules/trays/pots whatever beforehand. Find your seeds ready, then, on fruit day, tell OH that he can have a cooked breakfast (with black pudding) while you do your sowing. ...... and you need to make that call to the Ukraine first too.
The pretty picture Biodynamic calendar says that today is a leaf day so I've sown a pinch of Golden Acre cabbage, Winter Gem lettuce, Georgia Southern Collards and Oriental Mustard salad leaves. Also Frosty kale and Broccoli - but these are out of date seeds and I shall be very surprised if they germinate They're just being tested for viability really!
