I just stick with Biodynamic when I can; it worked for me and I've done my little bit of research and all showed positive results.

A little photo of my first sowings
The 4 tomatoes are at the back.
The lettuce is on the right at the front *no idea what lettuces they were, they fell out of a seed parcel envelope onto my desk and as it was a leaf day, I sowed them.
The rest are the onions.

Biodynamic:
