        Yes, I thought it was! I shall try and follow it but no promises as I never know when the urge to do something different will overcome me. Now to find some tomato seeds....Some of my lettuce seeds have green bits showing today, not just poky white shoots. Not long to the salad days.

          The beauty of this system is that it's there if you want it. I found biodynamic easy to follow last year. This year's synodic I am already finding restrictive when you lot go on about early sowing of seeds

              I have already decided to make my main sowings synodic and additional sowings of bio - will be interesting to compare and contrast

                              I got superb results with biodynamic sown veg last year - my only failure was parsnip.

                                Root Capricorn
                                Waxing crescent

                                Synodic:
                                Sow leafy vegetables and annuals that produce above ground, eg. Lettuce, Spinach, Asparagus, Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Sprouts.

                                Biodynamic:
                                Moon in Capricorn: This is an Earth sign. It is a good time to sow Root plants eg. Garlic, Horseradish, Jerusalem Artichokes, Onions, Leeks.

                                Sidereal:
                                Moon in Capricorn: Potatoes and tubers planted now will have a strong growth.
