Why not e-mail them- or phone them and see if they would be prepared to make an exception?
There may be some limitations on types of seeds which can be imported into Australia- but if you can find that out beforehand, and offer to pay the extra postage...well- ya never know- there's no harm in trying is there? -esp if you've done some 'homework' first???
    Tis surely worth a bash????

There seemed to be several of us waiting with bated breath for the HSL catalogue before Christmas!

Would you believe that even the Eastern states of Aus are prohibited from sending seeds to Western Aus

They WILL have there reasons. You don't really want to be the person that spreads some type of disease or fungus or whatever to another part of the world that has nothing to combat it, do you?
Out of interest though, it would be interesting if you dropped a line to the Aus equivalent of the old MAFF in this country, then you can come back on and enlighten us all!

Stella, If you go to Customer Login and register, you can tick a box for the newsletter. I did it when I bought seeds for the first time.
