I planted some onion sets before chrimbo. But will be starting my planting in february once i have tided up the garden etc. I will be chitting my spuds once they arrive. So looking forward to this season as i think (and hope) I have learnt from my first seasons mistakes.

Well I have planted the following seeds.....
Tomatoes,
Chili's,
Peas,
garlic,
Onion,
Celery.
They are all only placed in my bedroom window (south facing)
And I have marked them up and will be doing the same again over the next couple of months.
Only problem I can see is I am going to run out of space fast.

Haven't done a darn thing! OH wrecked my mini-greenhouse when he moved me in, so need to replace that. Hand is starting to be useful, now (today I haven't worn the brace at all).
However, I am so snotted up I have no desire whatsoever to 'get out there'. Maybe at the weekend, though. Once I've found my garden centre voucher, that is!!

It actually needs a period of cold weather in order for the clove to split and form a new bulb. Otherwise come harvest time you'll just have a single clove still.
