I tried these plenty of times!
What I did was got one of those clear plastic boxes with lid
(Mine was big enough to fit four boxes)
Then I drew a line all across the bottom of the box about an inch up.
Then drilled a tiny hole every inch along this line.
Next got a bag of perlite.
Poured in to a strainer thingy ma bob and doused under the tap to try and get all of it wet.
Gave it a little shake to get rid of the excess and poured in to the container.
Did this until the perlight came up to just under the drilled hole line.
Then once the mushrooms were ready to flower, just placed them (still in their box) in to the container placed the lid on,
And just pushed under my bed.
I had about 3/4 crops per box!!
And they were not small crops either

Yep have got 4 mushrooms !!! Tiny as yet but there.
Hard not to get them wet as they are scattered around the compost. Still loads of mycelium there so fingers crossed. Yesterday they were selling mushrooms in one of the big supermarkets 4 for 80p. Even if the kit does not work it has been well worth the £1 to have a go
