I just thought I would find out other peoples experience with Frozen Chilli's
This year I had such a bumper crop (well my first ever crop) of Chilli's (Cayenne); I ate loads, Froze Loads, and hung some to dry.
Now the ones I ate, yum yum, were nice and spicy and made your eyes water.
But the frozen ones are very very mild, is this normal? and what other ways are their to preserve them to keep the spice?
