Celery and Celeriac

What tempretures do the above need for germination and seedling stages?
I am confused as books and seed packets differ.

I dont know the temp, but my celery that I had outside in a try is just starting to come through.

Hi Headfry apparently they take 3 weeks at 10C minimum. aka the allotment book by andi clevely
