Just realised-a bit late in the day-that with all this cold weather that my PSB is at risk. It is not yet producing the heads but has been doing well. Does the frost damage the plants.

I've not fleeced mine and I'm Midlands. But it's the first year I'm taking PSB through wintertime on my allotment.Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better...Albert Einstein

Mine were out in all the snow with no protection apart from anti-pigeon netting etc last winter with no damage .......they're out this year as well and have started to sprout already .S*d the housework I have a lottie to dig

The only problems I've had is when the weight of snow has broken off the leaves. The cold is not a problem for them.
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
