Yes, I thought the same Bren but as I didn't grow anything last year I didn't know the outcomes.sigpic“Gorillas are very intelligent, but they don't have to be as delicate as chimps -- they can just smash open the termite nest,”

I've started my toms including some of the Black Russian seeds I got from Nellie from these forums at Christmas. I just couldn't wait any longer!

I didn't grow any last year Bren due to circumstances beyond my control but I do remember my previous armpits were much better than the parent plant as per the link.sigpic“Gorillas are very intelligent, but they don't have to be as delicate as chimps -- they can just smash open the termite nest,”

If memory serves right, I'm sure they caught up to within a couple of weeks. The parent would have been nipped at 6/7 trusses while the armpits are catching up.sigpic“Gorillas are very intelligent, but they don't have to be as delicate as chimps -- they can just smash open the termite nest,”

to be honest ive never tried it with pepper or aubs, ive only done it with tom's because they root easily - they produce roots from their stems, some people earth up toms as they grow. but im pritty certain that peppers dont produce roots from their stems - but i do think you can plant them deeper, well i have in the past. as to the aub's i dont know! - i hope all of that made sense.
thanks
matt
