I have grown it from seed for the first time in cells, have roughly five seeds a cell, can I thin these out or transplant them as individual seedlings to other cells? They look very fragile!

Andrewo you will need to transplant them. I always try to sow my seeds one per pot or one per cell or if I use a seed tray my father has made me a piece of wood the size of the seed tray with 24 evenly spaced wooden prongs on it that I just press into the compost and I end up with a tray of compost with 24 holes in it ready to drop the seeds in. I prefer to allow the seedlings to grow in their own space undisturbed until I am ready for planting them out.[
