Fortunately he keeps his rosette under wraps!

There are 61 members on here at this very minute - so why haven't you all voted?

I've looked at the post but to be totally honest I have no strong feelings as to whom should get the seeds so didn't vote.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

Surely you have a "feeling" for one of these causes?

You don't have to have a strong feeling to vote. Just an idea of who you think might benefit.

It's like when people don't vote in elections because no one party represents their views.

There's a few I'm not fussed about but at least half of them are equally valid to me and I couldn't chose between them.

That's like saying you'd never give to a charity because you can't decide which one deserves your patronage.

Not really. It's more like saying you don't mind which charity gets the money but the money is going somewhere. Not voting won't mean the seeds are withheld.

I however have voted Though a summary of the nominees in the first post may help/encourage people?

If you [or anyone else] would like to write that summary out I'll gladly copy and paste it to the first post

For me It's not just about who gets the seeds. In this instance I think it's also about appreciating the effort certain people...Zaz...put into ensuring that surplus seeds don't go to waste and help others.

What's the matter with everybody? It isn't as if it's going to cost money to vote and it IS for a very good cause after all!

There is no compulsion to vote but i find it strange that people have nominated charities but some have no votes against them.

I agree Steve (for once) Why bother to nominate if you don't follow it through? 65 members online and 47 votes. Its like getting blood out of a stone!

No it's not, I chose to give to several charities because I can spread my donations, if I can't decide between 2 or 3 then I can give a smaller amount to all of them. I fully agree that there are many which are deserving on the list and it doesn't matter to me which is chosen and it's fine by me if other people decide.

                                Exactly

Then I'm quite happy for people that put that effort in to chose.

I don't understand why it's a big deal if people vote or not, if they want to they will but if they don't have a strong feeling then they won't. It's not like it makes any difference anyway like if we were voting for a great policy change and the seeds will go somewhere deserving whatever.
