I grew salad blue last year and really liked them. Although they mash nicely I found they held together well just boiled so preferred them like that with their skins still on. Piccie is of some of last years ones just before cooking. Have some more this year, half of which I've planted in the polytunnel (along with some first earlies) for an earlier crop and the other half will go in a bed in the next few weeks. Really recommend them.
