While mismatched bits of reclaimed odds and ends might not be boring it could be classed as an eyesore to some people in the wrong setting. Perfectly fine for an allotment and for some people even in their garden. However, some people might like their garden to look a bit more neat and less like an allotment? And if they do that's their decision surely?

I went to look at a plot this weekend (woooo i have an allotment after only 7 months ) that had a bathtub next to a wonky shed. On an allotment that's fine, but i can't say i'll be jumping to replicate the look in my own garden.

Unfortunately a bit down south the scaffolding boards are £12 a board. I would be very grateful if anyone knows of anything cheaper in the Bournemouth area. Having spent the last three days digging a new overgrown allotment I am looking at ways I can start to produce.
