Hi Sheepie and welcome to the 'Vine
Lots of good people on here (some saner than others) and several with disabilities or knowledge of gardening with a disability.
As a more experienced GYO'er you can expect loads of questions - I almost asked what PSB was - then the mists cleared and the cogs started turning again !!

hi and welcome Sheepie. Have you thought about writing a weblog? I'm sure people would be very interested in how you garden and how you change things to make it easier for you. Weblogs are not everyones cup of tea, but I am addicted to them at the moment. Just an idea

you know sheepie..it's good to have someone else with experience on the vine, although everyone has so much to offer!! I once heard someone say that a disability is only a disability if it stops you doing what you want to do! No discredit to those with difficulties of course as no doubt the end result is much harder to achieve..but what a reward...! Hats off to all of you who have to find alternative ways of achieving goals...so important to pass on your skills..we can all learn from personal experience.

            Well thanks again for welcome.
I'm considering a blog and as my OH is really into photography I'll suggest he journals it in photos too.
I also have a sense of humour - some say evil so watch out!
Any advice or knowledge I can pass on I will and don't mind whether people ignore it, have a different point of view or whatever! Whatever works best for an individual but I will share.
I'm also a keen green (environmental) nut so pesticides etc are generally not permmitted on my plot but again each to their own.
Looking forward to a lot of lunchtimes abusing work internet access!

Love the comment about the couch grass cutting. But I'm sure he probably has plenty of his own.!!!!!
