Is it too late to plant leek seeds?

The stupid slugs managed to chew on and/or flatten most of my seedlings.

Am I too late to replant? Or am I just going to be stuck buying 'em in again this year...?

No - I sowed a load last year as I had the same thing happen and I'm eating them now - and I also sowed the remaining ones of the last before last's saved seeds about 2 weeks ago which will hopefully generate me next year's...so go for it.

Just didn't want to waste the seeds, as I got them from a swap, and don't have all that many.
