Tomatoes grown in the ground

Hi all
This year I'm going to plant some tomatoes in the greenhouse but straight into the ground. The soil has never been used before for planting, and is 2 sides of 2ftx6ft. Any advice on spacing/ground prep required??? Varieties are Supersweet 100 and Beefsteak

Add some compost/manure to the soil. Feed and water regularly. Le tthem have at least 12 inches between them.
