Is the concrete bit not very nice to look at? I'd be tempted to leave it as a patio or greenhouse area.

It has a front drive with parking. so do not need parking at the back. The concrete would have been a garage at some point years ago.

The tree has broken up the concrete in places, so its not great.
Will defo be considering a greenhouse, but that will not be for a while, so will deal with that when it comes, might save a bit of the concrete for that.

I hate concrete. so any that is not used as structure support, is going!

Also I never get the point of a patio at the other end of the garden, got a patio just out side the conservatory which is much better.

Put a greenhouse on the concrete instead of digging it up?

Hopefully for part of the concrete, but it is a big space, I am hoping I can move the shed over a bit. Will know more of the possibilities once we move in.

I think it must be at least 24ft long by 18-20ft wide.

Don't forget a pond! All that wildlife and the potential to grow watercress and other yummy watery things (see this month's GYO mag).

Good luck with the move - hoping to do same around September this year, if all goes well.
