Planting mixes

Hi,
I hope to plant out my sweet peppers, chillis and cucumbers this week. Just wondering what planting mixes people use? They are going into a raised bed that was well manures last autumn. I have more rotted manure, multipurpose compost, box of sulphate of potash and FBB. Just not sure what or how much of each to use in the holes??

When planting out in beds, I sprinkle some FBB into each hole and mix it into the soil before planting. With Brassicas, I sprinkle a bit of lime between the plants. Potash, I believe is used for Toms & fruits. I may be corrected by someone more knowledgable.
