Hey there, thanks for replies to my previous posts, Peppers doing ok after transplanting, but the damaged one from washing up liquid is still struggling.
Last night and today there has been a fairly strong wind blowing around and I am concerned some of my weaker plants may get affected.
Currently outside on a table and little stand are Lettuces,Caulis, Strawbs in a grow bag Spring Onions, and germinating Beets and Radishes.
I have only just started turning my garden from a tip into a proper garden so have no shed greenhouse or way to protect my plants from the elements, other than the little stack shelf and the fact they are mostly in tall troughs with sides that protect them a little. All plants apart from the strawbs are young/seedlings.
Will the plants be fairly strong or is it likely to affect them?
I have about 12 tomato plants that I have been growing in my car ( ideal greenhouse) and on my window sill and was just wondering when they could go outside? I know its supposed to be warmer this weak but am I better to keep them indoors til June or July?
They are fairly young, about 3-5 inches tall and have some decent leaves on them.
I had a bit of trouble growing radishes my first time. They sprouted fine and grew up big and bushy, but failed to bulb up, and I am assuming now that this was due to inexperience and having them about 5 mm apart from each other and the fact they have been grown in a green seed tray that is only about 2 inches deep?
I have sown some into a deep trough and they have come up, but at some point my partner lumped a big pepper plant pot on them and about 10 of them are all yellow. Do I cut my losses pull these out and re-sow or will they come back to life turn green and work?
Thanks for helpful replies before guys!
