Sorry to do a Columbo on it, but just one more thing. It seems that the general rule is dilute 1 to 10 with teas. Would that be right? Would you ever make it stronger or do you just go for the 'tea' colour to know it's right? Cheers

Roight! Well I'm going to start saving the milk containers for brew, and the big big barrels can go out to be practise drums for the spotty @rsed barrel racer and daughter!

Until I get enough comfrey to make a barrel load of the stuff and do the whole farm that is!

I don't measure at all, I just slop it on like water ~ I don't dilute it usually, but then I use my teas daily: I don't leave them for weeks to brew.

Then I top up the bottle again with more leaves & more water

            Wow, what a good idea

We make it in barrels and decant it into milk bottles. You're right, that is a very smelly method. TS's sounds much better.
