Im thinking ahead as mine are not ready yet. So which way would be best?? Kept in big pot's or into the ground with support?? Would there be ok near first eariers spuds?? Or a risk of blight?? Thank's.

Toms and pots are same family, and if they cross polinate you can end up with deadly nightshade - pretty, but probably unwanted, and err.... deadly!
The OH plants (has planted) his 3cm high toms into long thin tubs with supports already in place.
But there are loads of other people who are already getting toms, so they may have other advice....If the river hasn't reached the top of your step, DON'T PANIC!
