Nowt wrong with them boiled with lashings of butter & some finely chopped mint

Well done! You could substitute the mint for chives.... Assuming there are any left already!

One of the best moments of the gardening year is the first boiling of new tatties dripping with melted butter. It gives me fond memories of my Dad who made an annual ritual of it.

must remember to dig up the spuds i didn't dig up last year .....

We had them today and i must say it was rather satisfying knowing they were grown in my garden and i cant wait to taste even more of home grown crops of not only spuds but my other veg that i have growing
