Oh, and yes, I'm chuffin' chuffed-off with it all, too, Hawthorns. I earn my living keeping other peoples' gardens in some sort of order. This year's order seems to be; Mother Nature takes the P!$$ out of us Gardeners.

It's certainly an "interesting" year!

(I have had a go at a few slugs now having been too much of a wuss to do much in recent years. So far snipping does indeed seem to work best, impaling with bamboo requiring to much aim and the soles of my shoes failing to lose the slug gunk after treading on em!)
