They've been in for 13 weeks, though they were knocked back a bit by frost at one point. Is it time to dig one up to see whether it's doing owt or do we wait for them to give us some sort of secret handshake?

hindsight is a wonderful thing but foresight is a whole lot better

They are all first earlies in my experience they run Swift, Rocket and last Pentland Javelin.
In a good year Swift can be ready in a little as 8 weeks but I have to say judging by my yields this has been far from a good year. At 13 weeks even where you live they might be worth a furtle.
