growing climbing french beans indoors.................

The gable end of my small greenhouse was looking a bit bare so I've just planteed a row of climbing french beans that I had spare.
I've rigged up a cane framework with 8 foot canes so shall be interested in the results?

I have a long row planted against a wirenetting support outdoors which don't seem to have moved much since i planted them out.
Hopefully the lack of warmth these are affected by shouldn't be a problem indoors and I will get an earlier crop.

I grew mine on in the GH in morrions buckets before putting them outside - they're far, far ahead of mine direct sown and 3" pot transplanted ones.

Keep us updated - wish I had the undercover space to do the same

It should work fine Snadger. I have some dwarf frenchies in the greenhouse with pods four inches long but the outside ones are a long way from even flowering.

Some of my outside ones are a long way from even germinating .........good luck Snadge , I'm sure it'll work fine

My dads growing some dwarf french beans in his greenhouse. It will be interesting to see how they compare to the ones outside.
