                Well, my Roma have been pot-bound for too long and they're producing fruits at only 12" high and in 3" pots ...

                  p'haps the way to go then T-S .........force them to fruit by keeping them pot bound . Some of my armpits are fruiting better than their owners that are in big pots.......
