How's everybody's sweetcorn doing?

just waiting for my tassles to go brown though they are only 4 ft tall

I've never grown sweetcorn before so am hoping that I get something from them! between 3ft and 5ft tall, half are looking good, the other half were doing well only the slugs climbed up and ate all the silk sticking out the corn! Hope this doesn't effect the corn

The first cobs are nearly ready (at school, not on my own plot)

Written sweetcorn off this year, planst have not even reached 2ft in height. May get a small cob or two but nothing more.
