Hello, I've read the previous thread on this year's strange case of the forking tomatoes but would like a little updated advice or suggestions please.
Quite a few people said they are just going to leave the forked plants to get on with it and each fork to grow and develop as if it were it's own plant. With the intervening month and rain we got, do people think it wise to let them carry on growing? So, what I am really asking is, should I let the forks grow on and have a few trusses each or might it be worth stopping the whole plant once it has reached a certain number of trusses? With the unexpected weather of July I imagine advice could have changed as growth slowed down etc.
I'm just keen to get an ok crop and not risk the plants running out of steam on green growth.
Thanks in advance!
