    Botrytis? It's very common inside a gh: caused by high humidity, overcrowding, it gets in via wounds in the stems, eg if you rip or cut a leaf off



    Blight is airborne and needs those Smith periods, it tends to make the fruits develop brown patches as one of the first signs.

      If it's blight,notice the stems going dark brown/black,THEN you got it,
      ref.,fungals,i always cut of the leaves as they get crowded,the toms still grow,but leave the top leaves on,
      sigpicAnother nutter ,wife,mother, nan and nanan,love my growing places,seed collection and sharing,also one of these

          Blight got into my greenhouse, too. Only a matter of time, as it has hit everyone around here. It's just been so humid and damp in the greenhouse, as well as out. I'm currently harvesting all the toms bit by bit. I'm another who doesn't really want any more chutney!!!!! Fried green tomatoes, anyone??
