Damm & b**ger I think I do have the dreaded BC. The stems of most of my toms seem to be affected, it's been predominately where I have taken off leaves. Looks like the cut wasn't clean and rot set in, not gooey horrible rot but more of a dry rot.............am I making ANY sense. Anyway I seem to be keeping it at bay by taking off any leaves I see infected, same with toms, giving support to trusses and picking asap which brings me to my question - IF it is BC can I still use the toms safely?
