Just picked this marmande tomato as at least part of it was very ripe. Problem was it also had a semi-ripe and a totally unripe section.
Two thirds of it were suprisingly sweet and tasty, but the green bit was consigned to compost.
Just wondered what might cause this or is it just a random mutation?
