I don't like the green ones (they seem too flimsy) - I use something like this ALM Greenhouse GH009 Shading & Insulation Fixers x 20 | eBay
Had them years so I've no idea what make they are!

How to insulate a GH my way!
Run a wire along the eaves, front to back of the GH
Cut the bubble wrap so that it will run from the base on one side, up and across the roof and back down the other side.
Put the plastic thingys in the grooves and give them a good twist to lock them.
Thread the end of the bubble wrap over the wire and pull it down to touch the floor on both sides. (I also have wires at the top of the side walls to hold the BW back)
Push it onto the plastic thingy spikes and push the retaining clips, over the top. If you make a hole in the BW, it makes it easier to put it in the right place next year.
Each panel of BW will overlap its neighbour so its easier to put all the BWs up and pushed onto the spikes before you put the retainers on.
You'll need to adjust the lengths where there is a window!
Buy more clips than you think you'll need as you'll always lose some!

I also have some polystyrene insulation sheets which are about the same width as the first panel of glass. I have a row of these along the bottom sections and then trap the bottom of the bubble wrap behind them. Also stand pots on insulation too, every little helps and I really don't like using a heater.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
