    I grew a watermelon in the greenhouse!

    Mug for scale! Or am I mug for trying this year?!

    Sadly it fell off the plant yesterday... so I'm looking forward to chilling it and enjoying it soon!

          Well done, my melon plant didnt come to anything at all. Blame it on the lack of sun or erratic sun this year. Im not deterred though and am going to try again! Enjoy.

                Well done Vikki, I managed 3 this year, kids loved em, said they were really tasty, don't know whether to bother next year tho cos they take up a lot of room for not much yield gain... I'll probably still do it tho, glutton for foolishness me... Hope it tasted good

                      Well I have to confess I did expect it to be at least a little rosy red inside but it seems it never got that far!

                      Was yummy though!
