Brown Leaves On Sprouts

Some of the lower leaves on the Sprouts are turning brown and dying and dropping off. The plants look OK so I am assuming this is normal.

Do I take them off when are are turning brown, if so at what stage of their demise OR do I just let them drop off and collect them up then

Have a feel, if you give them a gentle tug they will probably fall off into your hand.

If you leave them too long like I did, they go all soggy and slimy and it feels like picking up giant slugs... *shudder *.
