My friend is moving allotments and can't take everything with him, so he invited us to come and grab what we wanted yesterday! We got 2 small goosberry bushes, tonne of strawbery plants (Well about 20) 12 Rasberry canes and a huge rhubarb crown. Put them all in yesterday as was not raining at all! Also put in 2 bargain blackcurrant bushed from Wilkos (£4 for 2) we've put a border along the back fence for the raspberries and one up the side for all the other stuff. It's looking slightly cultivated in our soon to be a garden! You may say I'm a dreamer... But I'm not the only one...
I'm an official nutter - an official 'cropper' of a nutter! I am sooooo pleased to be a cropper! Hurrah!

Today we did mostly built a fence! The shed should've been next, but we bought a load of fence panels off the car boot for £3 each! We had spare scaffolding planks left over from the decking to lift it up slightly, Found a load of rounded off fence posts the council had pulled up ready to chip up. - For FREE! Had some post crete left over also from deccking. What a busy afternoon! After buying the large brackets also off the car boot (£2) the fence has cost us under £20! - 24ft wide too! Photos to follow!!!! Am slightly red of cheek am totally tired but soooooo happyYou may say I'm a dreamer... But I'm not the only one...

Thanks Bren, i'm thinking of moving in! It fascia boarding Vc, the stuff people put up on their homes. We used it to clad over old tiles in our last house's bathroom, it worked brilliantly. You can have it going vertically like tongue and groove or horizontally like we have it's about £7 each board is 30cm high (1ft) by 5 metres long (16ft). Once clicked together it's totally waterproof, it'a brilliant! My hubs is thrilled that you thought we'd bought it Sarz it was the thread called 'doing up a jungle of a back garden on abudget' which I started a while ago. It wouldn't loadYou may say I'm a dreamer... But I'm not the only one...
