However, as with chillis if you can spare the indoor space and time to care for them they can technically be overwintered and should keep cropping (or go dormant for a few months and come to life again in the spring).
You could also take cuttings in Feb/Mar from this plant to make some new young plants for this summer.

I have germination No idea which ones; I didn't label them because they're all cordon types and I'll know exactly what they are when they begin to fruit They haven't shed the seed casings yet, so it'll be the usual trying to resist picking them off...

Gonna sow a few Roma in a bottle on heated prop then put them under lights when germinated.sigpic“Gorillas are very intelligent, but they don't have to be as delicate as chimps -- they can just smash open the termite nest,”

Managed to get 3 Kibits seeds in my unheated propagator which will sit in the dining room window sill.
Also put in some onion (Bedford Champ/Paris white), leeks, and some F1 strawbery seeds (Sarian) which I got for 50p in the wyevale sale. Apparently they have a long cropping period so if they turn out okay, I shoud be able to keep them going for years by taking the runners.
Its gonna be interesting managing the toms until April!! :-/The more help a man has in his garden, the less it belongs to him.

Is this a silly question.
Can I use LED fairy lights to help when the light levels are low to encourage my tomato plants to grow.?
And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.
