I sowed mine about a month ago and still not seen anything, maybe I have a duff batch (or it hasn't been hot enough yet, they are in my greenhouse). I will leave it a bit longer and if I don't seen any signs of life, I will resow with a new pack.http://theallotmentplot.weebly.com/index.html

At the moment I have pots of Sungold, Auntie Madge, Roma, Gardener's Delight, Blue OSU and Moneymaker (for Grandson who wants big tomatoes) all sitting on the windowsill waiting for sunshine.

Unheated greenhouse. I have other seedlings that have come up fine, but they probably have a different germination required temperature.
Might be an idea to do some in a electric propagator. I have one sitting in the cupboard that I haven't used for ages. Think it might be an idea to dig it out.http://theallotmentplot.weebly.com/index.html

Some of mine are very floppy. Could it be that they've had too much warmth in relation to the light levels? They have been on the sitting room window ledge which is south east facing. It gets quite warm in there first thing in the morning when the radiator is on just below the window, and again in the afternoon and evening once we've lit the woodburner. I've moved them into an unheated room this morning (about the same light levels) and I'm going to repot them this afternoon, burying them deeper and staking them. They're not too dry or too wet, although we were away for a week and by the time a friend came in to water them they were pretty thirsty. They perked up once she watered them though and seemed alright when we got back on Saturday.
Any thoughts? The tallest are 40cms tall - here's a pic...
