I dont think it makes a huge difference where your veg that you eat comes from but generally fresher the better. But digging the plot, tinkering about and the fresh air all hhave huge benifits for your health. Plus its nice and gental so if your not very fit like me its a nice way to exercise

I haven't voted, as I think there's too much of a combination of factors. I love pottering. I'm glad my family is eating almost organic veg. I like the fact that it hasn't travelled half way across the world. I like that I get a better gym workout by barrowing tonnes of muck across the plot and digging over, etc. But most of all, I love the head space being at the plot gives me. A couple of hours where it's just me and the soil. Heaven.
