F1 sweetcorn seeds are worth sowing I'd say. I've tried different open-pollinated types for 3 years now and not had a single cob...

I know you're not supposed to keep seed from F1 varieties.................but I do!

I am now on my third year of seed keeping off F1 Cedrico tomatoes and can't say I've noticed a depeciation in crop or quality.

Here's a novel idea for seed retailers.............call your seeds F1 'This & that',triple the price of the seed and triple your profits!

Funny you should say that Snadger I have a mate who save seed for Tumbler. He reckons it takes about 5 to 6 years before he has to buy new.
