I did the same Vikki but I've sown Pronto baby beets in modules. They're in the bedroom

My family eat more beetroot than we eat potatoes.
If I plan to grow beetroot what would your recommend I grow in the same area as them considering that I have four beds that I plan to rotate. So it will be a four year rotation.
Potatoes in one, onion, leek, garlic in another, brassicas in another and what do you think with the beetroot?
Also, does Kale taste like spinach?
