I use old tyres, but then I use them for everything from making a rubber arena for the horserider to everything elseAli

I've used tyres to weigh down sections of card etc too, very handy they are too although some people worry about nasties leeching off them.
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

I don't use them to grow in, partly because of the worry of leaching, and partly because they always seem to be full of red backs. I'd rather not play with spiders while I'm gardening, except for those scary garden spider of course.Ali
