My seedlings came through on Saturday I have had them in plenty of light on a window sill since then however, they are now about 2 - 2 1/2 inches tall and falling over.

Can I repot them and plant them lower in the pot than they are now?

They do sprawl a bit borage, that's their natural habit. They will grow up a support if you tie them in, or sprawl along the ground. They don't stand up straight at all so don't worry. They sound like they're doing ok to me.

Flum is right and they are prone to stem rot so definately don't plant them deeper or over-water them
